Dr. Millar has joined Tiffin University for more than 30 years and during all this time has activated in various management functions, among which we are mentioning:

Dean of the Business School

Vice-President for Academic Affairs (elected twice in this position)

Faculty Dean

Dr. Millar is among the counsellors of K Circle, a leadership organization. In the international management field, he has written study texts and papers, presentations, has activated as consultant and has participated to many seminars and discussions.

He has been active inside many professional organizations:

Midwest Business Association– where had the position of program president

Institute for Business Management and Technology – where, as well, has occupied the position of president

the European Council for Business Education (an international accreditation body for Tiffin Business School) – where he had occupied the positions of consultant and member of the management board

the Accreditation council for schools and business programs (within which Tiffin University is an accredited member) – where he was consultant-evaluator president of Global Business Education, marketing president and president for „Great Lakes” region.

In present, he makes part of the Bachelor Council and of the Graduated Commissioners Council for ACBSP (The American Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs) and, in the same time, he is an ex member of the board of directors.
